1. Introduction
CertAlum provides certification programs, digital courses, and physical materials. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Certification Programs (Services)
These are instructor-led sessions with scheduled dates and interactive components. Full payment is due prior to the start date.
2.2 Information Products
Includes digital resources such as recorded lectures, e-books, and course materials delivered electronically after payment.
2.3 Physical Products
Printed manuals and certification kits shipped to the customer’s address as provided at checkout.
3. Payment Terms
All fees must be settled in full before access, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Accepted methods will be listed at checkout.
4. Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Certification Programs
If cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the program start, participants may choose a full reimbursement or transfer enrollment to a future session within 12 months. Reimbursements are processed within 30 days via the original payment channel.
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start incur a 50% administrative fee, with the balance eligible for reimbursement or transfer as above. Cancellations less than 7 days prior are not eligible due to resource commitments.
4.2 Information Products
Customers may request a full or partial reimbursement within 7 days of receiving digital content if it does not match the description. Requests after 7 days are not eligible.
4.3 Physical Products
Customers may send back unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase. Reimbursements are processed within 30 days after we receive the shipment, excluding shipping expenses. Opened or altered items are not accepted.
4.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain exclusive programs are designated as non-refundable on the program page. These fees cannot be reimbursed due to advanced planning and dedicated resources.
5. Modifications and Rescheduling
CertAlum may modify schedules or locations for unforeseen reasons. In such events, customers will be offered a full reimbursement or the option to transfer to a different date.
